We use test-driven development in our agile process to ensure clean, healthy code. Ruby on Rails bakes in the testing. Less code, leaner code, faster development.
Always a working product
The iterative nature of agile development means continuous integration. Features are delivered incrementally, enabling some benefits to be realized early as the product continues to develop. Early and regular releases get a working product out the door faster.
Change is expected
Our agile teams embrace changing requirements. Iterations let us adapt to those changes frequently. At the start of an iteration and each day in between, we hold detailed conversations with the project team about each story slated for that iteration. You may add, delete or re-prioritize stories at any point throughout the process. You make the necessary trade-off decisions (we'll help). Our aim is to add value while giving your project flexibility.
