Challenge: This CreativeLift client was looking to test-market different offers for a direct e-mail campaign to determine which offer had the best response.
Solution:Working in partnership with CreativeLift, we created Reserve Clix, a simple rails application that accompanied a campaign for Clix, a new, not yet released, Proactiv product. While the campaign was active, the application allowed users to RSVP to receive the product at a reduced price when it is released. The application described the product in detail, and if the user wanted to RSVP, it collected minimal contact and mailing information. Each evening, a report of all RSVP's for the day was automatically created and emailed. Upon campaign close, the application disabled the RSVP service.
Outcome: Our partner's client was able to get the market research information they needed and gauge customers' interest for their new product.
